:: Today...

:: TODAY = Paying bills, playing Monopoly (somehow those are related!), eating pizza (smothered in chilli and garlic sauce!) from Fatto a Manno, stuffing rolls with Salmon Patties, mayo and MORE chilli, having visitors, writing prompts for presentation tomorrow, warming toes, making corn & bacon & potato chowder, listening to budgies, crocheting ripples, sipping chai, spooning honey into teacups, feeding sausages to dogs... that kinda stuff!


:: REMEMBERING = family monopoly rules (for instance all the money you have to pay to Community Chest or Chance goes into the 'pot' and is WON by whoever rolls a double six!), every time we went to the butcher when we were kids, he would give us a free (cold) cocktail frankfurt (which we devoured!), small children up to their waists in the freezing Wintery waters of Coles Bay on a long ago holiday.
